Yes, My Sport Space accounts are tied to an email address. Discounts can be established for specific email addresses.
Can I change rates at different times during the day?
Yes, My Sport Space is extremely flexible for establishing specific times and prices for individual sport spaces.
How does My Sport space help me grow my business?
My Sport Space Customers have found that they are able to better utilize their available spaces by offering incentive pricing for non-peak times and premium pricing for peak times. My Sport Space also has a built-in, proprietary algorithm that maximizes your available space. Because bookings are made through the free My Sport Space App, your facilities is exposed to users that may not even know your facilities exists (it's literally free advertising).
Can specific rentals be adjusted for custom service, etc.
How do I add on for ammenities such as basketball shooting guns, etc.?
When setting up your spaces in the My Sport Space Facilities Portal, you are able to also list available amenities, which are customizable to your facility.
I have established clients, how do I handle their billing and rate change?
Can I reschedule customers from the Facilities portal?
Yes, booking, rescheduling and cancelations can all be done from the My Sport Space Facilites Portal.
How much does my sport space cost?
There are two pricing models for My Sport Space. Both pricing models include two hours of virtual training.
- The Revenue Sharing Model is available to sports facilities that charge a pay-per-play fee. The Facilities Portal if free to the facility. My Sport Space adds a 5% processing fee to each reservation paid for on that app.
- The Subscription Model is for sports facilities that do not charge a per use fee. The monthly subscription is based on the volume of monthly reservations.
Is it hard to convert to my sport spaece from other reservation software?
We'll help you set up your My Sports Space Facilities Portal. The implementation include a two hours virtual training. We can also import your existing customers from your current reservation software or spreadsheet.
